SmartNet app for iPhone and iPad

SmartNet provides personalization and context to local information, making it more relevant to you. Current version uses the Map interface, which allows you to access most relevant information about local businesses, events and traffic alerts that you care about in your neighborhood, wherever you happen to be. In addition to your location, SmartNet takes into account other input such as time & weather to add context to the search results delivered to you. All this to help you get information you really care about.
For example, if you have indicated that you like golf and bowling, SmartNet would provide golf related listings on a nice sunny afternoon. And it would provide bowling related listings on a rainy day evening. On the other hand, if “shoes” and “gourmet foods” are your thing, you wont see golf or bowling on the top of the list.
SmartNet has a new feature - "My Route". Users can add up to 5 custom routes in their profile which you can access at any time. SmartNet provides relevant information along those routes! This feature will help find businesses, events and traffic alerts along the saved route. Users can create routes by providing start & destination addresses or they can use "Waypoints" which are random location points that can be added to a route. Up to 5 location points can be added per route.
Another new feature in this version is creating a new user account. Now you can do it right from the app, no need to sign up online! SmartNet service is Free to use. Try it now!
We do not collect any personally identifiable information, just need unique user id and few keywords (e.g. “Coffee”, “Golf” etc) telling us your preferences. The more you tell us what you like, the better our recommendations will be.
